Designed for wine businesses with established cellar doors. This course provides structured, consistent, commercially focused sales training. The course consists of hybrid online/onsite program tailored to the needs of each individual business.

MEET YOUR FACILITATORS

ROBIN SHAW

Robin Shaw is Australia’s leading wine tourism educator with over 25 years of experience in a wide range of roles. In 2004 Robin received a prestigious Winston Churchill Fellowship to study global wine tourism innovation, after which she developed a suite of industry resources including The Australian Wine Tourism Toolkit for Winemakers’ Federation of Australia. More recently, she was involved with the development and delivery of Wine Australia’s Growing Wine Tourism program and has been invited by Adelaide University to present the Masters of Wine Business Wine Tourism and Direct Wine Marketing & Cellar Door Management courses. 

AMBER FLAVELL

Amber Flavell is a wine experience specialist with more than two decades of hands-on experience across the wine industry. Her career has spanned cellar door management, direct-to-consumer strategy, brand storytelling and team training, giving her a practical, ground-level understanding of what truly drives memorable wine experiences and commercial results. 

Amber has worked with wineries of all sizes to refine their customer journey, strengthen conversion, and build confident, capable teams who know how to connect with guests in a genuine and commercially smart way. She is known for her no-fuss, highly practical approach.
